I love being the girl who waits for a TARDIS to arrive in her back garden

I love being the girl who would always love to be taken to 221B to investigate

I love being the girl who, when someone says I can’t do something, I reply with

I love being the girl who, when is asked to do something, replies with

I love being the girl who can speak Judoon

I love being the girl who can’t sleep because I find out news about Sherlock series 3 (which then ends up being some rubbish)

I love being the girl who doesn’t go near apples

I love being the girl who gets a blanket and wraps it round myself saying ‘look, I’m in shock, I have a blanket’!

I love being the girl who will stare at statues, not blinking because I don’t want to be zapped back in time

I love being the girl who says ‘idiot’ when I hear of someone called Anderson

I love being the girl who calls bow ties, stetsons and fezzes ‘cool’

I love being the girl who tells people to shut up when they’re thinking

I love being the girl who does the ‘drunk giraffe’ at parties

I love being the girl who refers to ordinary people as ‘adorable’

I love being the girl who cries whenever she hears about Vincent Van Gogh or sees one of his pictures

I love being the girl trying to deduce things

I love being the girl who practices running from things for when the Doctor comes

I love being the girl with a ‘mind palace’

I just love being that person. Being that nerd. And if anyone is bothered with it then they can shut up, because their presence here is not welcome, especially as they lower the IQ of the entire street.
